- It is your responsibility as a business owner to respond to every type of feedback that you receive. You will get a lot of praise, along with a lot of complaints. It’s life, learning to manage either of them will decide what type of business owner you are.
- Last but not least, always be PRO-ACTIVE. Let your customers know that you are there, you’re human, and that you care about what they have to say.
